Private Health Insurance
Whilst we are preferred providers for HCF we accept all Australian health funds. Health fund members will receive 'no gap' on regular 6 monthly check-ups, provided this occurs 6-7 months after your first appointment.

Child Dental Benefit Scheme
We provide services through the Medicare Child Benefit Scheme for all eligible children. If you supply us with your child's Medicare Card and reference number we are able to check his/her eligibility. Under the scheme eligible children receive over $1000.00 for two year period for general dental services. The Family Dental Caboolture have accepted the rates that Medicare has put into place. Children who are eligible and wish to use this fee schedule will be charged the Child Dental Benefits Scheme fees. Please be advised that fees can changed.

General Information
As a customer service we provide access to HICAPS terminals in the practice. This allows you to claim through your private health insurance after treatment. You are then only required to pay the 'gap' (whatever the private health insurer doesn't cover). We can also generate a HICAPS quote from your treatment plan which will tell you exactly what the gap will be.

The Family Dental Caboolture is a payment on the day practice; we require all accounts to be settled at the completion of your appointment. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard payments.

For treatment that involves lab work (dentures, crowns and bridges, mouth guards and splints) a non-refundable deposit is required.
SuperCare payment Option
Many Australians are not aware that they have another option when it comes to paying for dental procedures. Getting access to your Superannuation to cover your dental treatments might sound overwhelming, but with SuperCare, it can be seamless and simple.
The SuperCare Payment Option provides you with a dedicated Case Managed Consultant who is with you every step of the way, for dental implants, orthodontics, root canals, periodontics, oral dentures, crowns and bridges and or any treatment that helps any condition causing you pain or discomfort.

SuperCare is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of Australians by alleviating the stress and financial pressure of necessary dental procedures.
SuperCare offers a ‘fee for service’ model. SuperCare operates on a no approval - no fee basis – so In the unlikely event that a patient's application is declined by the ATO (and the decision cannot be overturned) the service fee is fully refunded.
